NTCC Awarded Modon Contract
NTCC has been awarded the build, operate and transfer (B.O.T) contract by the Saudi Industrial Property Authority (Modon), providing the 2nd Industrial City in Jeddah with central cooling & power services.
NTCC will supply the industrial city with about 100 thousand tons of cooling and produce around 80 megawatts of electrical power.
NTCC will operate the district cooling network for 30 years.
